TV actress Jasmin Bhasin, best known for her lead role in Naagin 4 and as a contestant on Bigg Boss, has revealed a disturbing experience from the early days of her career. In a recent interview, Jasmin shared that when she first came to Mumbai for auditions, she had a meeting scheduled with a director in a Juhu hotel. Several actresses and coordinators were present in the lobby, and candidates were going in one by one.
When her turn came, Jasmin noticed that the director inside was drinking alcohol. The coordinator who had brought her left the room, leaving her alone with him. She immediately felt uneasy but tried to remain professional. The director handed her a scene to perform. While Jasmin offered to return the next day after preparing, he insisted she do it immediately. The scene was about stopping a lover from leaving.
After her first attempt, the director told her to do it “differently,” then shut the door and attempted to steer the scene toward something inappropriate. Realising the situation, Jasmin used her presence of mind to escape and leave the room.
Shaken by the incident, Jasmin resolved never to attend such meetings in hotel rooms again, emphasizing the importance of safety and boundaries for aspiring actors in the industry.
