This year, Thorpe Park will transform once more into Europe’s top theme park scare event. Visitors will step into Lucifer’s Lair, where the devil himself throws a petrifying party — and every pleasure comes with a price.
New for this year is Purgatory Town, the park’s first-ever speak-to-scare zone, where those brave enough can talk back to the restless spirits that haunt the streets. Each sinister resident channels one of the seven deadly sins: the gluttonous Gravedigger, greed-crazed Captain Wrecked, the wrathful Little Dread and envy-ridden Boulevard Maggot — with more twisted souls lurking in the shadows and dying to meet you.
The nightmares keep coming as you venture into the Park’s award-winning scare mazes. DeadBeat cranks the bass and the strobes until the dancefloor becomes a prison, dragging you into a party where the music doesn’t just move you — it consumes you. The cinema doors swing open once again at Trailers, where two new nostalgia-fuelled horrors make their debut, trapping you in a never-ending loop of terror with no escape. The Toymaker returns in Stitches, ripping innocence to shreds as twisted toys and nightmarish dolls come to life before your eyes. And if you’re feeling lucky, Survival Games is back — a brutal labyrinth of murderers and merciless traps where there are no winners, only survivors.
As darkness falls enter the bone-chilling scare zones and experience immersive live entertainment. Venture into the cursed village of Mawkin Meadow, where the infamous crows perch, waiting patiently for their next victim. Dance with the devil inside Lucifers Lair and witness the all new electrifying show, Shock to the System, at Creature Campus.
And don’t miss out on experiencing the UK’s most thrilling rides in the dead of night, including Hyperia, the UK’s tallest and fastest rollercoaster and Saw – The Ride, the UK’s first horror movie themed rollercoaster.
If you want to pack in maximum fear, the Fearsome Four package gives single-run access to multiple mazes between 3pm and 7pm, from £70 including park entry or from £36 when added to an existing booking. One Shot tickets are available for first-timers and to stretch the terror into the small hours, you can book an on-site stay at Thorpe Shark Cabins with exclusive Fastrack perks, breakfast and scare maze access. Park tickets are available now from £36 when booked online in advance at thorpepark.com.
