John Sugden's Emmerdale downfall is definitely on the cards it seems, according to Aaron Dingle actor Danny Miller. The star has hinted at the moment Aaron finally figures out John isn't the good man he claims to be.
Not only that but it's been teased theres stuff ahead with Robert Sugden and John, with John desperate not to be beaten by his sibling amid their super dark rivalry. Details are being kept under wraps amid the recent reports that John is leaving the show.
But with Danny remaining coy over exact spoilers, what he did say was there would come a time where Aaron finally realises "that Mackenzie and Robert were right about John". Not only that, but he promised fans that Aaron would soon share their opinion that John is a baddie.
Danny was asked about his excitement for what's ahead, and while nothing was shared on what that is there was a mention of Robert and John. So with spoilers revealing this week that John targets Aaron and leave shim in danger after drugging him, will it all lead to a battle between Sugden siblings John and Robert?

Teasing what's on the way, Danny shared: "John keeps nipping out a lot and I think Aaron starts to realise there is stuff going on that he doesn't know about. He's got Mack's voice in the back of his head and got Robert's too. He is really trying to ignore all that because he wants it to work with John and to be loved by someone and love somebody.
"Even though it's not the right choice he wants to give it a go." Danny added of what changes: "His behaviour changes and he becomes a bit erratic. He's going out all of the time on these long runs.
"Aaron has used this personally as an excuse in the past when he wants to get away so he's wondering what he might be struggling. Then he finds out where they are might not be just some random place and he puts two ad two together and starts to work out that Mack and Robert might be right."

Danny also revealed all on the moment John drugs Aaron, and the "danger" it puts the character in. Revealing John manipulates him into drinking the whiskey by claiming it was something he and his late mother used to do together, Danny shared that Aaron has no idea what John is really up to and he's left in danger.
Spilling on John's lies spiralling, he shared: "Now that John's back is well and truly against the wall and he's running out of options, with people starting to close the net on him, he's not got an escape route and I don't think even John knows what to do to get out of the situation. But what I do know is he doesn't want to lose the battle to Robert.
"Whether that's his genuine true love with Aaron, which I think it is, or if that's been overtaken by John's hatred to Robert that means he simply can't lose the battle. I think he's got no idea just how dangerous the situation is in that cottage with John, because he's got him all to himself in lots of woods."
He then teased John's downfall, with Robert mentioned while Danny didn't address this. He said: "A lot of people stop me in the street asking, 'how are you not spotting the signs?'. I think love is blind, and that's what I've played for the last six months.
"It's nice that Aaron can finally have the opinion of the viewers, and they cans share in this hatred of John which is strange to say because Oliver Farnworth is the nicest man I have ever met and I love him. He's been so great.
"I would love for Oliver to stay as long as I am here because he's a beautiful man and he's very professional." On what fans will see once Aaron does learn the truth, Danny added: "There's a little bit of me that thinks he won't not surprised because this is Aaron and he's unlucky in love.
"My friends call me the Gail Platt of Emmerdale. It can't be nice but he won't be overly surprised. It'll feel typical, this is how my love life goes. But it will be interesting to see when that comes out in the script what they think Aaron's perspective will be but we'll see."
