Archana Puran Singh and Parmeet Sethi are one of the most well-loved couples on the small screen. Recently, their son Aaryamann, aka Arry, opened up on their equation. In a candid conversation with Live Hindustan, the actor-vlogger said there was no place for insecurity in his parents’ bond.
Even though Archana was more well-known between them, both as a veteran comedy actress and as a judge for ‘ The Kapil Sharma Show’, his father had never let her phenomenal success become an obstacle in their relationship.
Describing his father as very “confident and with no insecurities,” Aaryamann stated, “There is no power struggle. He loves my mother and is happy if she is happy. Mom doesn’t need protection, but she knows if she needs him, he will be there.”
“If you love each other, you are a team. One’s victory is another’s victory,” he added.
Earlier, in an honest conversation with Aaryamann, Archana had revealed that she and Parmeet faced some setbacks in their three-decade marriage. She said there were a lot of clashes and petty fights due to ego.
“Everybody calls us the perfect couple… what is a perfect couple? But what is a perfect couple?! A perfect couple is one that has overcome the challenges of life. We faced a lot of challenges in our marriage... that was when Sri Sri Ravi Shankar helped us," she said.
Eventually, the couple traveled to Bengaluru to complete an Art of Living course, and that helped them address unresolved issues. Archana Puran Singh and Parmeet Sethi have enjoyed a strong partnership that has lasted for more than three decades. Married for 33 years, the couple has built a close-knit family and are proud parents to two sons, Aaryamann and Ayushmaan.
Recently, their elder son, Aaryamann, found himself in the spotlight for a personal milestone. He proposed to actress Yogita Bihani, and the joyful news quickly caught public attention. The announcement of their engagement was made official on August 14, when Aaryamann shared the update with his followers across his social media platforms.
